When you are getting started with your business, you want to keep your operating costs under control. 82% of businesses that fail do so because of cash flow problems (source). To help you get your expenses under control we have a monthly flat rate for our Standard and Professional plan for qualified teams. This means that you will pay the same amount per month regardless of the number of users in your account (up to 25 users).
The small business plan is applicable to teams with under 25 Slack users. Flat rate automatically applies to your account if you have less than 25 users. For teams greater than 25 users, they will pay the per user per month payment.
How to check if your team qualifies?
When you sign up with Workast, we look at your workspace size, how long your team has been running, the number of active and non active users and other internal metrics. To check if you qualify for small business pricing, make sure you have installed the Workast application in your Slack workspace, then:
- Click on Workast, in your Slack sidebar.
- Click on the button "Start trial"
- Click on Compare plans, top right corner.
If you don't see the prices below, that means that your team does not qualify. This decision is final. If you believe that you still should be able to qualify for these plans, we recommend you starting a brand new Slack workspace and trying again.
